How can I change my password

Please note that we have two scenarios:

1. Reset/forgot password

2. Change current password

1. Reset/forgot password

Go to the AO website at https://www.aofoundation.org/, click Login and then click Forgot password? as illustrated below:

 

Enter the e-mail address for your registered AO account and click Request new password.

You will receive an e-mail from [e-mail] with the subject line: Password reset. Please click the Set new password link in the e-mail and supply a new password of your choice. Click Set new password to confirm your choice.

IMPORTANT: If you do not receive the e-mail, please check your junk/spam folder. The link to reset your password is valid for 30 minutes. Afterward, the process must be repeated. 

 2. Change current password

If you want to change your known password go to AO website at https://www.aofoundation.org/, click Login and then click Change password? as illustrated below:

Enter the e-mail address for your registered AO account as well as the old current password and type in your new password of choice in the Create new password and Confirm new password fields. Then click the Set new password button. You will receive a notification saying, "Congratulations! You have successfully changed your password.” Now, you can use your new password to log in to your AO.
